On departure to the airport Guadeloupe Shuttle suggests a pickup time according to your flight departure time to guarantee a stress-free on time arrival at the airport, including in peak hours. On arrival, Guadeloupe Shuttle will track your flight to adjust the pickup time to your landing time.

MODIFY OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION

In case of airline, boat companies delays, Guadeloupe Shuttle will make the possible arrangements according your new arrival time to reschedule your transfer. However, over one hour of delay the transfer will be lost and passengers will have to find a substitution way at his own expense. The transfer planned by Guadeloupe Shuttle will be lost and non-refundable.

WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF DELAYED FLIGHTS?
We will be informed as we have a real time tracking of our customers’ flight. Your transfer will be provided. Upon arrival, follow the instructions on the booking confirmation.
HOW MUCH LUGGAGE CAN I TAKE?
You can carry 2 pieces of luggage per person plus a hand luggage.
5€ will be charged per extra luggage.
CAN GUADELOUPE SHUTTLE PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION FOR DISABLED CUSTOMERS?
Yes, if you need this service, please make sure you contact us to make your booking at least 48 hours in advance.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Yes, provided they are placed in cages adapted to their transport (supplement of € 12 per cage). However, we cannot carry large animals in shared service, you need to opt for a private service. Guide dogs are allowed in shared and private service without extra costs. Please make sure that you mention while making your reservation.
